a. Booking graduation photography services can be done online via the official website or available contact methods.
b. To book a date and time according to the graduation event, customers are expected to make a booking at least 1 week before the event.
c. If the booking is made on the day before (H-1) or on the event day (H), full payment according to the chosen package is required.
d. Booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp, including detailed information about pricing, shooting schedule, and payment.
a. Photography service prices can be viewed on our official website or requested via available contacts.
b. Prices for each package apply for one person only; additional persons can be communicated with the admin.
c. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed electronic payment methods.
d. Clients must pay a 50% down payment (DP) after confirming the shooting day.
e. The remaining payment must be settled by H-1. If payment is not completed by H-1, the booking is considered canceled, and 50% of the DP already paid will be refunded.
f. A transport charge will be applied for locations in Tangerang and Bogor.
a. Clients are expected to arrive on time according to the agreed schedule.
b. The photoshoot will be conducted according to the concept and location agreed with the client.
c. A maximum tolerance of 15 minutes late is allowed. If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the shooting time will start at the 15th minute from the scheduled time. For example: Client books at 10:00 but arrives at 10:30, the timer will start at 10:15.
d. Additional shooting hours will be charged at SGD 18 per hour (Rp 200,000/hour), and must be approved by both parties beforehand.
e. Other expenses for the photographer, such as parking fees and venue entrance fees, will be borne by the client.
f. Adding video packages on H-1 or event day must be confirmed with admin and will incur a charge of SGD 59 (Rp 650,000).
a. Original photos will be delivered via Google Drive.
b. Original photos will be sent no later than 3 days after the photoshoot.
c. Original photos on Google Drive will be automatically deleted after 2 weeks, so clients are expected to download all photos after they are provided.
d. Editing will be done using Luxveritas standard coloring or tone adjustments. Results can be viewed on IG @luxveritas. However, the photos cannot be 100% identical to other photos due to different conditions on the shooting day (e.g., lighting, location, subject/object differences).
e. Edited photos will be delivered no later than 14 days after the client confirms and sends the edit list to Luxveritas admin.
f. If the client does not provide the edit list within 7 days after receiving the original photos, the photo editing benefit will be forfeited.
g. For clients who purchase printed album packages, if no photo list for the album is provided within 14 days after receiving the edited photos, the album editing benefit will be forfeited.
h. No revisions are allowed for photo editing under the selected package. Clients cannot specify editing style.
i. If clients want custom edits (such as object removal, addition, or replacement), they can contact admin for consultation. If possible, custom edit prices will be provided depending on the complexity.
j. Edited videos will be delivered no later than 14 days after the event.
k. Edited videos will be sent via Google Drive.
l. Edited videos on Google Drive will be automatically deleted after 2 weeks, so clients are expected to download all videos promptly.
m. Video revisions are allowed only once; additional revisions will incur a charge of SGD 27 (Rp 300,000).
n. Video revisions apply only to replacing clips or footage.
o. Changing the soundtrack will incur a charge of SGD 59 (Rp 650,000).
p. Clients will only receive the edited video files.
q. Album layout design is minimalist by default. If clients request non-standard designs, additional charges will apply depending on the complexity.
r. Album production takes approximately 2 weeks.
s. Shipping costs for albums will be charged to the client.
a. Changes to the date or time of the photoshoot can be made with mutual agreement up to H-1.
b. Unilateral cancellation by the client after paying 50% DP will only receive 50% refund of the DP paid.
c. Unilateral cancellation by the client max H-1 day before the event will be charged 50% of the total payment made.
d. Cancellation by the service provider will result in a full refund to the client.
a. Complaints related to the photoshoot results must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
b. Disputes will be resolved amicably between both parties.
c. By using our graduation photography services, clients are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions above. These terms may change without prior notice but will be communicated through agreed media.
